2010 Member of the Year Awards
Points will be awarded as follows:
2 points - For showing up at an official chapter event (any meeting or ride that is on our calendar at least two weeks in advance).
2 points - For setting up a dinner.
2 points - For helping with a scheduled dealer function (open house, Christmas wrapping, pictures with Santa, etc.).
3 points - For setting up and leading a ride.
3 points - For recruiting a new member (your name must appear at the bottom of the new members enrollment form).
You must be a member in good standing on December 31, 2010
Members will be responsible for making sure their points are recorded.
A monthly tally will be displayed at every meeting.
Primary officers will not be eligible for these awards.
Points will not be awarded to discretionary officers for doing there described duty.
Member of the year awards will be gift certificates to Tri-County Harley Davidson in the following amounts:
1st - $150.00 2nd - $100.00 3rd - $75.00 4th-10th - $40.00 11th-20th -20.00
Total purse - $805.00
In such an event of a tie the winner shall be the person who planed the most events.
If there is still at tie the winner shall be the person who attended the most events not counting meetings.
If there is still a tie the primary officers will draw a name.
